Mr. Singh is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience working in the field of audit, taxation, project finance and company law matters. He is the Promoter director of the Company and has been an active investor/ mentor to businesses through their entrepreneurial journey.
He is also a Partner with R. Arora & Associates, a firm of Chartered Accountants working with leading listed corporate houses and financial institutions of India. Additionally, he serves as a member of the audit committee and listing committee of the Ludhiana Stock Exchange. Of late, he has been directly investing in startups, acting as LP for some angel funds and ultimately looking to set up a dedicated SPV for investing into start-ups.
